These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and p9ph Casino ("p9ph," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the p9ph online gaming platform at https://p9ph.org and all associated services. By creating a p9ph account, accessing the p9ph platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are effective from the date your p9ph account is registered and remain in force until the account is closed or terminated.
p9ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the p9ph platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last revision indicated at the top.
To register and maintain a p9ph account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
p9ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification documents consistent with Philippine KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active p9ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering your p9ph account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
p9ph employs identity verification (KYC) procedures in alignment with PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS or GSIS ID) and/or proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of p9ph services. p9ph's verification decisions are final and binding.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p9ph login credentials. You must not share your account access with any other person. Any activity conducted through your p9ph account — including all bets placed and deposits or withdrawals made — is your responsibility, whether or not conducted by you personally.
All deposits to and withdrawals from your p9ph account are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). p9ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment methods as indicated on the platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the p9ph cashier and are subject to change without notice.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name, consistent with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law. p9ph reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification or for any other legitimate security or compliance reason.
All funds deposited into your p9ph account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited. p9ph reserves the right to void any winnings and return the original deposit amount where a payment source is found to belong to a third party.
p9ph offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering (turnover) requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, and expiry periods.
All games offered on p9ph operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that all outcomes are random, unpredictable, and unaffected by previous results. Game outcomes are audited periodically by independent testing agencies. Theoretical Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the respective game information panels.
p9ph's decision on the outcome of any game is final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error during a game round, p9ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the corresponding bet amount to your p9ph account. No winnings will be awarded from a malfunctioning game session.
For live dealer games, rulings made by the presiding dealer and the live casino supervisor are final. Any dispute arising from a live dealer session must be raised with p9ph support within 24 hours of the session in question.

p9ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable regulatory holds, unless the account closure is attributable to fraudulent or criminal conduct.
All content on the p9ph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, interface design, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of p9ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p9ph platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any p9ph content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p9ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the p9ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, system errors, or service interruptions caused by factors outside p9ph's reasonable control (including acts of God, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processor outages).
p9ph's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your p9ph account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to p9ph's customer support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe they have been treated unfairly by p9ph may also raise their concerns with PAGCOR's regulatory division in accordance with applicable PAGCOR complaint procedures.
p9ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where reasonably practicable. Minor clarifications and corrections may be made without prior notice. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the p9ph platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
